Please note deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, however all delivery times and services are subject to delay during busy or seasonal periods. If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond our quoted delivery times our Customer Services team will get in touch with you.

All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers

United States and Japan Delivery Information:

Orders will be dispatched by E-packet, which will need approx. 7-14 business days to arrive, depends where you locate

Rest of the World Delivery Information:

For the rest of the world, orders will be dispatched by Registered Airmail or E-packet service, which will need approx. 10-25 business days to arrive, depends where you locate

Please note, the selling prices are not included any VAT, so the orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is the customer's responsibility of the customer for any charges accumulated to complete the delivery of the products.
